    Up on ebay:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/Custom-Transfor...278?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item25660e5906

No reserve, 99 cent starting price.

    --------------------------------------

Go easy on me, this is my first real custom in 10 years (my last being a black Decepticon Sideswipe back in 2001).

I've always wanted to do a Dinoking because the design was awesome, but the toy was such a piddly little shit.

So, starting with an oversized KO I went to work on a nice non-transforming frame-former version seeing as how the individual robots are such a weak design to begin with, and the idea of non-transforming customs really doesn't bother me; especially when it comes to gattai teams.

It is fully poseable, with 18+ points of articulation.

EDIT - Added new pics with the halberd/axe weapon.

You can see the full gallery here: 2011 Dinoking Custom - a set on Flickr

I.....I love this. You did an awesome job! Dinoking doesn't get enough love either, so I'm glad you did this!

    Great job!!
I was looking for a reincarnation of Dinoking/Monstructor for quite a while so it brings me relief that you made one. They need more love, I tell ya, and you just gave them that. :)

I can see Cybertron OP/Galaxy Convoy at the waist part, thighs and legs (reversed). The rest I can't figure out yet, but it doesn't matter. I am really liking what I see.

Again, great job, and more power!! \m/

    Thanks guys!

Galaxy Convoy is correct! I reversed the legs, used the waist and then overlapped a Unicron waste and butt. The arms are inverted Energon Galvatron arms. The chest is from a Power Rangers toy and the chest plate is built from all types of stuff. Lots of little gundam and scrap parts for details. ;)

Thanks a lot man, it means a lot coming from you, I really love your work. I used to REALLY be into Warhammer 40k, so my painting is still pretty much up to snuff.

Now I have to work on my patience when constructing. There's a lot of filling and sanding I should have done, but i was getting too excited to finish it. ;)

I'll do some comparison pics tonight. Those are Primus hands if it gives you any idea of the scale.

It's probably a tad taller than most G1 combiners.

Thanks for all the compliments, everyone!

This looks great. Excellent engineering. I particularly like the back using Rairyu's head. One request though, he needs his huge melee polearm to set him apart from monstructor.

Yeah, I thought of that, looked at pictures of it... then chuckled to myself and thought, God, that thing looks dumb.

I'll still make it though. :)

Thanks for the kind words ^_^

I started on the polearm, I should have it done by tomorrow. Then I'll toss it all up on eBay.
