    do it, and randomly pack each piece in vehicons so to encourage troopbuilding, but you now, don't have the part blindpack, that would be HELL

    I'm sure the designers can just make up an alt-mode for him. It's unlikely to be a globe given his weird proportions but I think some kind of flight mode or cannon would work.

    That would be a selling point for me.

    It could be fixed with soft plastic, and they are pretty thick so I wouldn't see it as a problem that can't be engineered around. Airachnid's rotor blades is a bigger challenge than this is my guess.
