This promo aired during the breaks on the G1 episode last night on the Hub. Some of the animation hasn't been seen before. The humans meet the Autobots and ask them why they came to Earth. Optimus explains that they are Autonomous Robotic Organisms.

Cool. The humans actually sound like they might be tolerable.

For a moment I thought one of the kids was Mikaela. Maybe that scene is similar to the 2007 movie on purpose..

good to see a bit more footage!

I actually saw this promo yesterday, too. It's a nice few seconds of new footage, but we still haven't seen enough of the humans to pass judgement on them. I'm lovin' the looks of the Autobot base so far, though.

Given the 'Autonomous Robotic Organisms' line, and the Steve Jablonsky-esque soundtrack, that sounds right on the money.

I am surprised that there was no Bumblebee featured. New shots of Cliff, Ratchet, and Bulkhead are welcomed. I never really mind tag along kids unless they get super annoying.

The teasers for this series are awfully Bumblebee-less.

Which is weird considering he's based on the movie one and the movie one is kind of the movie's face.

Clearly Kurtzman and Orci love ripping off their own work. :lol

Also Jack Darby looks so much like Sam Witwicky.

Whaddya know, Bulkhead really IS taller then Ratchet. My main nit pick is resolved. :D

Definetly evokes the scene of the Autobots meeting Sam in the film.

Very interesting, thanks for posting this. Seems they're continuing with the Autonomous Robotic Organisms drift. I'm very excited for this show!

I don't really care for the animation. The characters don't look very organic. They just move their mouths and their arms occasionally do some wiggling.

Well this is certainly unexpecting, especially when they use the line "Autonomous Robotic Organisms" from the 2007 movie. And wait... where's Bee? I saw Bulkhead, Ratchet, and Arcee, but I saw no sign of Bee anywhere. Must be out getting chips or something. :D

It looks like they are in cave with high tech autobot gear. The Ark possibly?

I kind of like that they haven't been pushing Bumblebee a whole lot. Kind of gives you the feeling that maybe all the Autobots are going to get their chance to shine in the series rather than it being about just one or two bots.

I also can't complain that a sneaky looking Starscream has been popping up a good bit instead of Megatron.

Yes I noticed that too, if you look at 0:06, Jack Darby is standing on the Autobot symbol. Nice!

I think that Megatron is going to be a big reveal. Starscream will come up first, maybe thinking Megatron is dead or something, but then HE shows up and puts Starscream in his place!

I'm sure we will have lots of Megatron in the series but it's kind of a nice change to not always have him as the representation of the Decepticons. Perhaps this means it will be like Animated where Megatron was really important to the story but the other Decepticons got plenty of time to shine.

Well if past Jeff Kline shows mean anything, Megatron will be more like the "go generals and cannon fodder minions! i'll stay in base until it's an important episode" dude.

So yeah, Megatron in TFA Season 2 pretty much.
