I have my latest episode idea for Transformers Prime. Tell me what you think?

After the space bridge malfunctions, Bulkhead is transported to an alternate reality that involves Megatron ruling the Earth in a tyrannical fashion and causing the suffering and death of millions of people. Now, Megatron is poised to take over other planets as well. Now, Bulkhead must reunite the disbanded Autobots to make a stand against Megatron.

In the episode, Megatron is given an enormous upgrade, turning him into a monstrous powerful Decepticon. This art would make a great Ultimate Megatron for this future.

It's interesting, but it reminds me of a teen titans episode where cyborg got sent to the distant past.

 

Like Megatron COULD take over the Earth sometime in the show?

 

You can't really get in trouble for posting other's fan art, unless you go out of your way to say "Oh BTW, I totally drew that picture of Sonic the Hedgehog with Pan from Dragonball GT who is pregnant with Rainbow Dash."

 

But I was reminded to give credit, which I said "All credit goes to him in a post somewhere here. Plus, I'd never say I drew it.


But can we just talk about the idea itself as a whole? Because I think this could have potential to be a good episode.

 

Do you mean you can't really get in trouble? Because even if you can't, it's still pretty rude. Copyright, which applies the instant one draws something, also prohibits the usage of a work for promotional purposes without permission.

Maybe it could show Bulk the real threat Megatron really is, and how a team member's death or betrayal led to it? It would make him paranoid and such.

 

Yeah, that was a typo.

However, "promotional purposes" as you describe it are on a whole different scope beyond posting on a message board with no intent of profit. That would be something more like a toy company making a combiner and putting the artwork on the packaging. That's not to say the OP shouldn't give credit, but if he didn't, he wouldn't suffer any consequences beyond maybe a warning by the mods.

I suppose it's not official. However, I take the law to a ridiculous extent. I wrote down the word "jackassistic" so I could have copyright priveleges to it.

 

I'd love to see an alternat universe episode, they are always fun for me.

 

I think this idea might have worked well in season one.

it won't work well in season 2. because season 2 has all those connecting multi part episodes. having any stand alone episodes in season 2. will delay the search for the iacon artifacts & season 2's main plot.
