Overall thoughts. Magnus is a decent figure with a good transformation. His vehicle mode is nice but the exposed legs is what kills the overall look. The artillery canon was a pretty weak attempt to hide the exposed legs though.

Robot mode is tight. He has a strong stance and just looks awesome standing there. I only wished the hilt/handle of the hammer is longer.

Personally I recommend this figure but don't expect Bulkhead or Dreadwing level. It's a mid range figure.

    Heres's a bonus pic.

Sadly, Bulkhead's fingers wrap around too much that the handle is not able to pass through. What he can only do is hold the base of the handle tip like in the pic.

It's late where I stay so I'm keeping it short. Questions and pics request welcome. I'll do it as soon as I can.

Update upon request for more detailed pics.

This figure is what happens when the best aspects of G1, RID, and Animated Magnus fuse together in an awesome figure of awesomeness. Buying this on sight, hopefully he gets a voyager class figure down the road.

It's rare when I feel a Commander trumps even some of the best Deluxe figures, but this one is pure sexyness and even puts Airachnid to shame! Thanks for posting the pictorial. I was going to get him anyway, but seeing him up close helps cement my adoration.

If this guy doesn't get a Voyager toy it'll be a damn shame!

oh WOW! what a figure, so marvelous! I really hope We'll get a Voyager to compliment this, but MAN the Cyberverse commanders are just stealing the show!

To OP, any chance of a closeup of just the figures head?

I'm loving the hammer. Glad they brought that back. UM looks fantastic. The headsculpt is REALLY good for a commander.

I'll do so tomorrow. My cam's battery is dead and I'm about to hit the sacks. It's close to midnight over at my side. :p

    No neck articulation. :(

Yes! The sculpt is really good for both the hammer and head sculpt.

Yes! The hammer can turn into a big box of nothing and have Bulkhead's tail light.
