hey guys, I was wondering if any of you can help me. My Concept Bumblebee's hood doesn't merge properly, the air vent on the bonnet doesn't fit in with the rest of the bonnet, the air vent pops up and stays elevated, has anyone got an idea of how to fix it

I had the same problem when I got my Bumblebee. You need to realign the ratcheting in his hood, to do so you need to basically transform him into robot mode and leave the very front of the hood as it would be in vehicle mode. You then force only the very front of the hood up while you prevent the rest of the figure from moving (including the little flap behind his head) until the hood clicks a couple of times.

what do you do when you do that?
do you transform him directly from that or push it back to the robot chest?

You have to slowly and carefully force the hood back to the correct position. You may her clicks when the gears are realigning

Once you hear it click, or feel it move to the correct position it should transform into vehicle mode with no problems.

You're evidently not dancing hard enough!

Which part exactly are you having problems with? I've read it and I can't figure it out, cos I'm an idiot. Do you mean the automorph bit where his head pops out?

In vehicle mode the flap that's at the back of the head in robot mode sticks out instead of laying flat

Ok, forget what I told you before. That is for a completely different situation.

    YOU ARE TRANSFORMING HIM WRONG.

You must lift lift the front of his hood up while keeping mainly the car parts, on his shoulders out of the way. After doing that the flap might still be sticking out, so you simply pull his shoulders backwards.

If this does not help you, carefully examine the instruction manual.

    :)
