But again, this guy is borrowing engineering from an existing toy. It's using the Leader class ROTF toy as a basis for their design. What I'm saying is that we've yet to see one of their numerous fully original transforming toys as a physical prototype. I feel like their work has tons of promise, but I think they decided to show off too much too early considering all of what they decided to put on their plate.

I agree with your skepticism. I'm very eager to see more of their Bonecrusher, and both Megatrons, and Blackout, and Shockwave, and I guess now their TLK Optimus—but that's so many projects with so little tangible results (so far). It's ambitious for any company to reveal this many; FansToys does it and they still take years to keep up with their releases, and they're way farther ahead than TF Dream Factory...

Bonecrusher: we've seen CAD designs and a printed resin prototype of his minesweeper arm; not much
ROTF Megatron: we've seen a gray prototype, but nothing else in months
DOTM Megatron: WIP CAD designs, that's it
Blackout: a WIP CAD design of his head, nothing else at all, with no updates since
Shockwave: we saw an impressive prototype months ago but nothing since
TLK Optimus: one CAD design we saw a couple days ago

So like...that's not really much to go off of...at all...but I'm trying to have hope that they'll turn out great. But these are ambitious projects and they seem new. It'll be an interesting year to see what they do.

I checked their Facebook page. They have 1 recent (Posted a few weeks ago) post showing off DOTM Megatron's vehicle mode scans.

When they come back from the Chinese New Year in February, they should refresh the page megatron, bonecrusher, shock wave I very much believe in the dream factory
Although the dream factory shockwave prototype was ready before 4EVER.
4EVER has already shown its prototype and is in the painting phase for testing.

I think the principal problem about Dream Factory, is that they are making (at least the ones i know) like 9 figures at the same time, and evry one with an ambitious concept (well except for the re-used ones), but i hope before this year finish they already updated their figures and maybe they release one at the last quarter of 2017.

While 4EVER at this point just they maked the prototype for blackout.

Pretty sure 4Ever has not yet announced a Shockwave. Megatron (rotf) will hopefully be out soon, blackout has a first prototype, after that Sentinal and Ironhide have both been announced.

    4EVER's are non-transforming, though, aren't they?

Nope they aren't transformable or nope they are? I was under the impression they were closer to dual model kits.

Yes more 4ever makes precision figures that are easier to make than transformable I find it very difficult to make an accurate figure of the film that can be transformed ... The dream factory also has 2 figures not transforming the tlk, shockwave .. despite that, I do not I care to have accurate figures like 4EVER. Dream shock wave factory. Tlk. It goes from customer taste.

Instead of speculating, someone should just ask them. Ask them what the hell their plans are for all these figures. They have a lot on their plate

I'm quite sure that people are still at CNY celebrations because it often runs into the Lantern Festival which is Feb. 15th.
