    Hey all,

Been posting some stuff on Allspark lately, but thought maybe I could get feedback from some different people if I poster here too :)  Here are a couple pieces I've done this past week (or so).

    pencils - Don Figueroa
    inks - Elaine To
    colours - Me!

Looking for any comments/critiques on how to improve my colouring. Thanks guys!

    EDIT:
I know the pencils are not yours, but I think Prime's stacks should be longer.

Hey Matt! Nice work. I love it when someone posts a piece of DON's art that is fantastically colored and this is no exception.

Both pieces mesh wonderfully with the backgrounds.

    Really well put together.

You are very skilled. I have no criticism. They are vibrant with great contrast and you captured the lighting quite well. Are you currently working on any projects?

Both pieces came out great. Coloring is solid, shadows and highlights are where they need to be, etc.

    I like them. :)

    How's this?? ;)

I have not had any colouring work published yet (I've only been practising about a month I'd say), but I'm trying to build a good TF colours portfolio for submissions to IDW right now. I'd show more art but much of my sequential samples are from books that are unpublished (stuff like Devil's Due's TF/GIJoe #5, wouldnt' want to spoil anything.) I luckily have a lot of friends who are TF artists so it's not too dificult to get my hands on good practise art ;)

I have to say, those are great colors. The whole composition is awesome and makes it look like it was pulled out of a cartoon. The only thing I would crit are the optics in the Prime & Elita pic. The glow in Prime's eyes should probably be a little softer at the edges while the dim glow in Elita's eyes should be slightly brighter.
