the sightings form for wv is not up to date and you can't post new sightings for wv anyway so i asked on here about other tf members from wv

Doesn't matter if it's not an active thread. Heck, the Georgia Sightings thread went inactive for nearly 6 months, and I know more than a dozen local collectors to the Atlanta area. Granted, it was during a lull between toy lines, but still... Make the thread active yourself -- others will chime in. Trust me. TF fans are global, and frequently... in your own neighborhood too.
Funny... if you click that "Post Reply" button on that thread, you get this: http://www.tfw2005.com/boards/newreply.php?do=newreply&noquote=1&p=924379 If a mod closes a thread, it clearly says "Thread Closed". Your WV thread is not. Keep at it. If you post it, they will come.
