Next up in the Blockables line is Cliffjumper! All the modification on this guy were done by Sledgehammer. He took the Bumblebee model I did and turned him into Cliffjumper. And a great job he did.

That would be pretty awesome. Maybe Sledgehammer knows some good animators that could do this. Problem is that animation is so complex I doubt anyone could do it well just for fun.

Looks awesome, but isn't the triangular thing missing on the left foot?

Arrr... : D I want these guys so bad... all of them. I want them and Blockable sets! Like the Ark or the Nemesis... or like, each comes with a little piece that you can build and all combine to form larger sets! YESSSSSsssss... XD
I LOVE BLOCKABLES!!! There should be a petition or SOMETHING so fans of this idea can sign and maybe get Hasbro to make : )

Thanks guys! I actually thought about an online petition or something like that but I'm not sure it would do any good. Maybe some kind of rally at BotCon where we all rush Hasbro and demand that they make them :)

Do it. Travel around Botcon with some figs, show them to people and get them to write down what they think of them. Then bring'em to the Hasbro panel.

Man... wasn't there a printer-kinda-machine that made plastic piece thingies? It was a pretty penny, but MAN that would be awesome for this. That or a good kitbasher and a good mold-maker XD

Oh, make no mistake about it, if the funds were there they could be licensed and made. I do design work for a guy that has the base molds for these. The only new molds on each would be the helmets and chestpieces. They could be done relatively cheap. The problem starts with licensing fees but mold fees on the new stuff would not be minimal.

Yeah... MAN. I would definately love it if Hasbro or SOMEONE could be swayed into making these. There's so much potential in them- SO much better potential than the Built-to-Rule line.
That said, I REALLY like these concepts. 'There any hope to see anything more? Like "blockable" Ark sets or what-not?

Absolutely. Both Sledgehammer and I have ideas for playsets. Plus Sledgehammer has ideas on combiners and I have already finished a model for what would be the largest of all the Blockables. Once Sledge gets him skinned up I will post him here. Should be really badass.

I also have ideas for this line that go way past transformers. I don't want to say anything yet but I would love to do some other classic '80s toons done up Blockables style. Plus there are some contemporary things I'd like to do with them.

Josh, I would love that. I have always thought of these guys in a kind of silly way like the Legos star wars game. Can you imagine a video game with these guys? That would be freaking cool as hell.

    RH, you have a PM.

Yeah, I guess. That and a bazillion hours of free time. I believe the polycount on these guys is well within next gen standards....
