TF Animated Megs looks very similiar to G1 Super Megatron from Battlestars

    Im sure you all have seen the pics of G1 Super Megatron the battlestars series from Japan. Well I was looking at it recently and I noticed how similiar the design looks to TF animated Megs. I dont know if the guy who designed TFA Megs copied the design from G1 Battlestars, intentionally or was it just a coincidence.

    Yes, they finally DID make a toy of Super Megatron... it's called "Transformers: Animated Earth Mode Megatron"!

    But seriously, they never did, until now.

    Yes, he's clearly a homage.

    And Optimus Prime reminds me of Star Convoy as well.

    I smell a kitbash coming from a Radicon at a future date :wink: . Since I have no talent for customs, but like to see them, I would like to think someone on here is hard at work on an Animated Megatron into a Super Megatron kitbash.
