Dedicated to the GLORIOUS return of Transformers: Animated...

Would anyone like to see Hasbro produce figures for the Generations line in the TFA style?

If so, which characters would you like to see...?

If by Animated Generations, you mean the US release of the unreleased Animated toys, then I'm all for it.

Nah.. Animated is over. Maybe one or two like they did with BW and Armada, but that would be it. Generations is generally reserved for G1/G2 updates.

Though I would like a G1 style Bulkhead to go with Lockdown and Lugnut.

If Animated characters get released under the Generations banner, they won't look like Animated toys, but like Generations toys.

so what's a "generations" toy? generations so far has been a mix of wfc/foc game style and classicsverse. why it couldn't expand to be something similar to what universe 2.0 used to be, with a good mix of a bunch of lines and repaints.

personally, I'd welcome it. especially if it meant some crazy animated repaints could happen.

If Hasbro would do either Generations Animated, Generations Beast Wars, or both together, they would make tons of money off of me.

YES, Never gonna happen, They design animated Cyclonus as an homage to Generations so you wouldn't need to ask for a toy, so also never gonna happen. Unlikely

but seriously Animated is a Hasbro Property on a Hasbro Channel, it in no way means a return to the line, but it's always nice to dream, so long as you don't make comments that Hasbro is somehow "dropping the ball" by not releasing figures from a line that ended 3 years ago.

New Animated toys wouldn't match existing ones properly due to increased cost cutting in the last three years.

Although there's probably somebody out there who thinks Hasbro would make an exception for some reason or other.

Animated is done. Three years ago. Move on.

The show being on the Hub doesn't mean much........ the general level of programming on the Channel is nothing to get excited about, they're using it as filler, not some secret market research project.

This thread reminds me that I do want a release of just the Bumblebee from the Hydrodrive set and without the gold chrome.

Id love newer animated figures, but yeah, theyd probably be off with all the new cost cutting these days. Id settle for the unreleased thundercracker though

I would love if Hasbro somehow sneaked an Activators Wasp out using the Bumblebee/Cliffjumper mold of course with a new head sculpt.

A very purple RtS Lugnut and maybe a green "Wasp" repaint of Classics Bee would be a nice Animated tribute IMO.

I'd be good for even unreleased, like if they pursued that old Hot Shot design... And it work great since its Generations
