    Hi all,

Please find below the link and preview pictures for my latest work, an article for TF-1 on the European "Diaclone" version of the Micro Change MC-07 Browning Gun Robo called "Robocolt", possibly one of the most stylish and classy releases in the world of TFs and pre-TFs:

JOUSTRA DIACLONE ROBOCOLT (BROWNING) ARTICLE <- CLICK TO READ

    Features include:

    • Detailed Micro Change history
    • Pictures of all variations and releases
    • Links with Masterforce
    • Joustra comic and paperwork scans and translations
    • A heartbreaking story of tragedy and loss!
    • Something VERY VERY VERY special towards the end, trust me, it's worth it!

I hope you enjoy it, this has been one of my favourites to write.

    All the best

Amazing article my friend! so sad about that story near the end... damn!

And btw, just noticed the loose Browning ive had all these years is a Blue Gig Browning... too bad the chrome is all worn out... plus the yellow tab to fire the fist is broken :(

    It's rather special isn't it? :)

Thank you my friend, hey it's not so bad, I managed to rescue my Robocolt and he lives again!

Great job finding a GiG Browning, that's a hard variant to find!

Yep, originally the Japanese toy was a Micro Change Series toy, the MC-07 M1910 Gun Robo Browning.

For the European release in certain countries, both Takara Diaclone and Micro Change Series toys were licensed and released by Ceji Joustra as "Diaclone".

Unfortunately the blue version is notoriously susceptible to shattered plastic. I have a virtually unused blue one and every time I move the feet I can see the blue plastic bulging and experiencing stress, matter of time before it lets go.

Fantastic article that fills me with nostalgic memories. My father gave me this fun little Browning for my birthday in the mid 80's. Along with the toy he shared stories of using the model when he was in the Army.
My original Browning didn't survive the test of time but I recently purchased a replacement. It really is a beautiful piece.

I've had to settle for the KO that was going round a few years ago. As ko's go it was pretty good but I managed to break it at the waist. Took me ages to find a replacement.

Good god, Maz, you could write out the entire manufacturing process for playing cards and I wouldn't be able to stop reading it.

    The awesome photos help, too.

Whoa article thread resurrection! Thanks for the kind words guys, I wish I still had the time to produce articles of this length and depth for TF-1.

I still haven't produced anything for my Joustra Diaclone red Tracks or Cassette Machines and I've had them 3+ years. Sad.

    All the best
    Maz
