Hi guys,

I'm very excited to be able to present this article on a hand-painted G2 Mirage mock-up created for the Generation 2 line in green and pink, but never released. Of course very recently this figure hit the mainstream consciousness by being featured in the Transformers Vault book. Its artwork was featured and here is the toy itself for your enjoyment!

I had actually prepared the article before I even realised this was featured in the Vault book as I had been out of the game for a few years so I wasn't aware of the project and certainly didn't expect this to show up in it!

The site never really went down, there was just some update to php coding that I needed to implement and I hadn't realised, so the links were a bit screwy for a while. Never had any plans to let all that work disappear  

The next article's already completed and uploaded, I'll link it publicly after Mirage has had his week in the sun.

Was it a case of the webhost upgrading to PHP5 and not telling you like what happened to me? And I was running about trying to figure out why my stuff wasn't working anymore! Ha well the only complaint I have about your website is that your main navigation menu is Flash or nothing.

 

Actually just recently my brother added a no-flash frontpage. I know the redirect works for iPhone and iPad...

Nah, Redux 2/II can happen AFTER 2012, let Dawn Of The Futures Past 2/II debut. The Axalon legacy must continue.  

@ Maz: That was some awesome read Sir, much thanks for the article.  

 

Just a few   I've focused on pretty much just collecting Joustra Diaclones so the next few articles (like the Ratchet I posted on the weekend) will be of that flavour. But they're very closely linked to G1 and original Microman/Diaclone so hopefully something for everybody in them. I have a huge shocker of a surprise coming up in 2 weeks for those who know their Diaclone  

The downside is, they're bloody hard to find and I don't buy as much as I used to, the last few weeks have consisted of some new items and a lot of items I hadn't reviewed from ages ago, so at some point it will slow down again.
