If they are indeed the 'Fast Action Battlers', then they're not too bad. As a kid I'd probably love them, as long as the auto transform gimmick works well enough.

That Kyde guy wasn't even sure, and said don't quote him on anything. He was guessing.

You're right, it isn't worth arguing about, but I still don't think this Optimus and that Ironhide are in the same line, and I hope NEITHER are the "main" line.

Do we even know how many lines there will be?

Well, we've now seen 3 Prime toys and have yet to see the "real" Prime toy. If there were any doubt about Hasbro going overboard on the movie toys let this finaly put that to sleep.

IF this and the Starscream are an Autoformer of some kind, then I say that's good. It's been awhile since any line has had one. (the last one being Arm OP) There is a place for such toys in the line as well as the cheap little bots. Not every kid is gonna be able to afford the Ultimate version of these toys. (and it's not like they have more than 12 bots to make a line from anyways)

Doesn't look like a main line toy to me; way too simple, not to mention small (judging by the size of the screws). Average, but not brilliant. I'll probably pick it up, simply because it's a Prime.

My seller said Ironhide wasn't an auto-transforming toy and he's been selling a shitload of prototypes with 100% accuracy. Who are you going to believe, some dude who never saw or touched the toy or the guy who had it in his hands? Be serious for a minute, it doesn't hurt.

Hey, remember, this is a Hollywood movie based on a toy line/cartoon.

Its like two of the biggest entertainment money whores combined forces. You better believe we're gonna be eating Energon cereal with free Bumblebee Arm spoons. :)

I know this is gonna be so far back into the back of this thread that noone will see it or believe me, but I've seen the larger Prime toy. The really nice one that will be about $30. THIS IS NOT IT. It's way cooler. And no, I can't post the pic cause I was looking at it on someone else's computer and he wasn't allowed to save it.

I know that this isn't the main Prime, the Starscream isn't the main Starscream, and I'm 99% sure that the Ironhide isn't the main Ironhide, and that all three are from the same subline.

This Optimus is exactly that Toy I feared.......

    The Filmfigures are not reproducible.
I wished they made the Toys BEFORE the Filmfigures..
