Very awesome. Little Terminator action though but that's expected. Terminator Salvation trailers and video clips on Yahoo! Movies Looks like there not completly negating T-3 since there is a T-1 in there or at least something that looks like it. EDIT* Terminator's T-800 to be Played by... - ComingSoon.net This guy's gonna be playing the T-800 AKA Arnold Schwarzenegger While it isn't Arhnuld, I'll give the guy a chance since he's supposed to be a earlier model then Arnold was.
Damn you for beating me to the punch! *Shakes fist* Anyways, it looks better then expected. Still, a bit worried about the rating and the attached director...
I'd see that! Good to see they're moving away from teh tired "AH-nold" vehicle and started focusing on the rest of the story.
I dunno man. I like the Bale. But that "this is not the future my mother warned me about" line smacks a little of "You thought continuity was all fucked up before? Mwahaha." I really, really hope that doesn't lend credence to that leaked script treatment with the horrible, horrible deus ex machina, if you will.
I still can't believe Bale signed on for this, given his level of talent and selectiveness of projects to take on. Therefore, should we take this as an indication that the movie is going to be worthwhile?
Can you tell us what the deus ex machina is? (In spoiler text, of course) I've been hearing rumors, but not enough to figure out what this twist is. From what I can tell, it's very polarizing at least.
Doesn't look half bad. Bale hasn't steered me wrong so far. Although there was that one movie with the Dragons.
The use of the Terminator theme music at the end gave me goosebumps. Then I realised we're not in 1984 anymore. Or 1991.
Well, whenever you're dealing with time travel, continuity kinda takes a back seat. So, I'm not all that worried about it anymore. As far as the leaked spript treatment is concerned, I hope they've changed the ending at least. It seemed way too over the top for fans to except IMO.
