yer emails might end up in their spam though, it happened to me, as mine was amd098 which probably does seem like spam due to it being random letters and numbers maybe contact the guy here, i dunno
I recently ordered the BTS Trailer stickers, and I love them. I'm getting ready to order some more stickers, if I could just stop buying toys long enough to save up a few bucks. Right now I've got 8 sets in my cart, I need to decide which ones I want the most, save the rest for later. I think I've narrowed it down to the Sunstreaker, Smokescreen, Hound/Ravage and Tigertrack sets. It's a lot of money though, I might have to drop one still.

I emailed them and got a response today basically confirming whether or not the address was correct. I responded by asking them how much longer I should wait before presuming the order is lost in the mail. I also asked if there was any way I could pay extra on future orders for faster shipping.

When did you get them? They switched over to new equipment a little over a year ago, so it could be they've since rectified the problem.
My order arrived today. I did not realize this was shipping from Canada. I can understand the delay know.
Honestly, when my order was lost, they threw in some extra stuff for me. Hopefully, you'll get something to.
While extra stuff would be nice, this is the third time where the shipping was either over two weeks or in this case, the first shipment was lost and the reshipping of the order is already at a week's length. It seriously is making me rethink whether I want to place future orders. I know it's not their fault if things get lost in the mail but at this point I really distrust the shipping methods/providers. Like I said before, I'd be willing to pay more for better shipping but at the same time, I understand that this is just a side project for them and that getting into different shipping options would just make it a hassle for them. While it is true that they make a superior product, I'm just at a point where I dunno if I want to even bother with all the shipping problems I seem to be having.
So it's been 40 days since placing my order, 29 days since the order was shipped, and 10 days since the order was reshipped. Still no labels. This is starting to get ridiculous.
