Fate is an odd thing. Sometimes it's good to embrace one's fate. (in this case literally)

It's a nice story.... but don't mistake coincidence for fate.... think of how many people save somebody's life... what are the chances that this would NEVER happen? Very small chance.

It's like people having premonitions in their dreams and something coming true. With billions of people in the world and billions of things happening, of course some dreams come true.

You know if there's 30 people in a room the probability is fairly high that at least 2 of them have the same birthday. With 365 days of the year and just 30 people that sounds like it would be unlikely, but think of it the other way, what are the chances of all 30 people having different birthdays? That works out to a small probability.

I don't believe that's a very accurate or reasonable comparison.

Cool happening, but I'm deeply entrenched in the law of very big numbers. The probabilities are there, just very very small.
