Fully Transforms. Truck mode is 24 inches long, robot mode stands 19 in high. Transformation is based off of Laser Optimus Prime.

Boy, was he tricky to build. Stability limits posibility more than anything, but he can stand on it's own.

Hooray for LEGO transformers!!! This. Is. Awesome! This should definitely be in the Radicons scratchbuild section.

This is the best LEGO TF I've ever seen. I love it! Many moar pictures please.

EDIT: OK, I got so excited that I completely missed the extra pic link. Woohoo! I can't get enough.

LEGOs are 3 dimensional pieces, so they go in Customs. Off we go!

Truck mode is amazing, and huge. Very solid in the front for technic. The transformation looks simple yet effective. Very RTS G2 Optimus. The robot mode is likewise very solid looking and very proportionate. The only thing I would tweak are the eyes. I recommend, if you have them, taking the two eye peices off, and putting two of those 2x flat blocks with the one peg in the center there and pegging the eyes onto them. (or to fill up the gap, you could put a 3x plate on the two 2x/one peg peices and then putting the eyes on it, and filling in the gap with square studs, which would also give him a nose)

Really cool. Good job with making the lego parts work, and he looks very accurate to the model, well, as accurate as one can get with lego. There are some unsightly gaps in the truck mode, but all in all he looks great. All i would want is some blue.

the technic parts really give him the bayformers feel (and that is meant as a compliment! :) )

I'm glad people like it! The nice thing about Technic is that one can get away with gaps.

I've no problem with the thread move - different people have different ideas on what "customs" mean, so I wasn't quite sure where to put it. I didn't kitbash, cut, glue, or paint anything, but it is a lego scuplture.
