This is the exact reason me and my wife have decided not to live in Long Island NY. That place is so ******ed it is not funny.

This goes back to the thread of what is wrong with America these days. You gotta be kidding me that this is considered a suspendable offense. Really, some one is going to get hurt over this? Really?

I really hate how dumb this country has become.

It's just highschool kids being highschool kids. The school admin went way overboard with suspending them. Reminds me of when I was in highschool... in the morning alot of us would sit in the hallway when we got to school and finish up homework because alot of the teachers still had their classroom doors locked. My highschool admin threatened to suspend students too.
Instead of worrying about stupid shit like this that doesn't harm anyone they should worry about important stuff.

 

I saw guys get suspended for crap like that in junior high. Not because of what they did, but because of the shit they gave the teachers when they were told to stop.

 

...err, did you read the article? There was up to 40 kids AT THE SAME TIME randomly taking a knee in a crowded hallway. They were asked to stop, they didn't, and of the 40 KIDS AT THE SAME TIME who were doing this...for a few days...only four were suspended and in the end two of the four got off because they didn't receive a proper warning before hand. Which means the two that had a ONE DAY suspension (aka not a bad punishment at all, was it even an out of school suspension?) were warned beforehand to not clog up the hallways.

Seriously, the kids were being dumb, were told to stop, they didn't, they got a ONE DAY school suspension, end of story. The only reason it made any kind of news is because the name "Tebow" was involved.

 

I just wanted to state that tebowing is so not dumb. Like planking or pigeoning or whatever.

 

No, he's making stuff up.

 

I thought Tebowing was when you suck for the majority of the game, but end up winning anyway. Lebronning is the opposite.
