Does me no good, since my Target, aside from Bulkhead and that crappy Lugnut repaint, has NO Animated figures at all. :(

I think thats universal at all Targets everyone I go to is pretty much always bone dry

but its likely this means it could be widespread at all stores and I hope it is cause id rather buy them at Walmart

Wal-Mart on-line has Leader Megatron and Bulkhead for $23.98 and $20.36.

Yea, but us New Yorkers have no Wal-mart here. Just Target and (gasp) K-mart. But the thing that really worries me is that up until now, Target was pretty good in keeping up with Animated and Universe releases. The lack of any new Animated figures at all makes me suspect that they are clearing them out of the upcoming ROTF figures. On top of that, I passed on Wreck-gar about three weeks ago thinking I could get him later. Ugh! Its a similar situation with the Universe figures. Pretty much all that is left now is Dinobot and the occasional Cheetor figure, warming up the shelves.

Yeah, I stopped by a Target on the way home from work tonight and they had the Animated deluxes at $8.99. Too bad I already have the ones that I want.

That's why they are fully stocked. I told the toy-manager at my local WM that I hoped corporate was enjoying all of the non-moving stock in the action figure aisle. She could not believe that WM has the highest action figure prices in retail. She was especially taken aback when I pointed out that TRU has better prices.

BTW, I have known this manager a very long time, and she understood I was not being rude to her with my comments. It was directed at corporate (a bunch of greedy slime-balls).

Cool. Hopefully they have a Waspinator, or anybody else I have any interest in, the next time I go to Target.

Even if WM has the highest prices they still price match. Get your hands on that ad and bring it in to any WM for 8.99 goodness. I've personally only seen samurai prowl and waspy at WMs in my area
