I stopped by three Targets today. One had RotF out in force, although it was fairly picked-over and the combiners weren't out yet. Another had space cleared and a guy was out putting up a "Coming May 30th" sign on the endcap when I got there, but no toys. The third had no toys out and no space cleared.

Leaders and newer deluxes like Smokescreen, but no Superion.

 

FFFFFFFF I can't get to Target til tomorrow.

Luckily I don't think we have many scalpers in my area.

 

How is that a waste? I got two leaders and a handful of other figures that I wanted.

Yeah I feel bad for Toys R Us, I'm gonna go there tonight since that was my plan anyway.

Seems kinda cruddy that Walmart and Target just decided to start selling them, especially considering how many people got turned away at the registers when they tried to buy them a week or two ago.

Walmart kinda sucks, that's why I don't give them my money.

And sad to read that the scalpers are already getting to them. 2 shopping carts full of Deluxe, Voyager and Leaders? That's just messed up, I hate that.

 

Stopped by after work and they had most everything out from wave 1. Look around, picked up Optimus Prime, but for $45... and I have not really played with last years prime that much and they might make a new premium prime this year... So he got put back. A lot of what seems like minor updates to last years movie toys this year. Other then the ice cream truck and the legends combiner nothing really stands out as a must have.   Out of this years lot what would you say is the best?

i just stopped by three targets in near colma, california. they had a lot of rotf, but since i came a bit late, i missed out on some the fallen and starscream. i'm not sure what else they had, but they did have a majority of the figures. i wanted the cement truck, but i didn't see it. i'm hoping the night release at toysrus might have it.

I just got back from my local Target store here in Moreno Valley, CA and they have the following:

Voyager Class:
The Fallen
Prime
Ratchet
Ironhide

Deluxe Class:
BB
Sideswipe
Breakout
Smokescreen
Rampage
Sideways

A bunch of Heroes, FABs, etc. No Leader Class

I Picked up Voyager Ratchet and The Fallen as I have picked up the rest at WalMart, including Soundwave. I preordered Leader Class Prime and Megatron and Deluxe BB from Amazon and it should be here by Tuesday.

300 bucks worth of stuff just day one....sigh!

 

just checked the target on bird road in miami, they havent gotten anything together..they cleared the section or rotf toys but dont have anything on the racks except 'coming may 30th'

 

Okay, so how come the targets across America haven't been getting the same shipments?
There are reports like my target, ONLY having the Preview Wave deluxes, and Wave 2 voyagers.
Some Targets just have Wave 1
Whie some Targets have wave 1 and 2

How is this possible?

 

Just got Sideswipe and Rampage from my Target!

 

I was at my local Target in SI, NY around 8:30 and although it looked like I showed up at least a couple hours after the toys were put out, there was still a lot of everything; in fact the only guy I didn't notice was the fallen.

Honestly I don't buy many any more (first time dad 4 months ago, budget...), and since I didn't buy any of the original movie toys, I was really excited about Leader Prime... and found the last on the shelf!!

Also: There were 2 stocked endcaps and half an aisle, and in all 3 spots there was a sign that said "management reserves the right to restrict the purchase of more than 2 of the same figure" (or something very similar).

I just wnt to target and I saw everyone but Sideways sideswipe and soundwave, which are the ones I really want, so Ill go to the target just 5 miles from me tomorrow

 

haha sorry to each his own and nothing wrong with those of you that like this line - i was just saying i am passing big time on the whole movie line - just doesnt interest me at all - im saving my money for complete tf and gijoe series instead!
