Hit up Target on the way in to work and got the Transforming 2 Disc version of the Movie, the Bumblebee 2 Pack for $15.99 and for getting both together a Transforming Gift Card with $5 on it for free.

Not a bad deal at all as I was going to get the Movie there any way, the Bumblebees become Trade Fodder, and I get a Gift Card.

I agree Target FTW! I picked up the BB 2-pack and the DVD. The BB 2-pack will make a great display piece, since I already have the previous two.

Now that my boss is out of town and I brought my laptop to work, I think I will watch the dvd!!!

My Target had no BB 2-packs, not that I wanted it anyway, I have the regular versions.

:lol  Their Ad states that the $5 giftcard is for the purchase of the bumblebee 2-pack and the REGULAR DVD, (not to be confused with the transforming case version).

Looks like they're REALLY following that rule... not that Im complaining mind you.

    Target FTW indeed!!!

Yep, I don't know why places like Target and Wal-Mart are pushing the lame versions of movies with cool stuff. If anything they should pack it with the good versions. TF is not the first movie I have seen this with.

And yes I'm glad Target is not following that sorry ass rule :D

    Target DVD Deluxe TF'ing edition $24.95 + BB 2 pack $15.00 = $40

They just opened the target near me and I got a $10 off coupon of purchase of $25 or more, The $5 giftcard, and a $4 rebate from Hostess. Final cost is $21 for the the whole set! Target FTW indeed!

I picked up the BB 2-pack last week. But it's $4 off this weekend, even without the gift card :p

Think I might take in my receipt and see if they'll give me the difference ... don't know if they still do that.

Yeah I hate the trend they've been following lately for DVD releases. It use to be that the first week you could get a sweetheart deal on what ever DVD was being released (which normally had the movie and the bonus material). Then starting sometime last year, they started doing this BS with releasing just the movie and a 2-disc version with the movie and bonus material.

Also is it just me or is the movie only being released in Widescreen?

This is the deal I got as well. The 2-pack is to be a Christmas present for me though :D

Yep, this is right on the money (/bad pun); this is just too full of win :)

Not sure if the ads are different from place to place, but one of the managers came over to make sure the cashiers were only giving gift cards away with the 2-disc set. Once he came over, he and the cashier looked the ad over (she had rung up a person with the single disc and gave her the gift card) and said that they were going to give the gift card to anyone who bought the DVD (both versions). They never tried to debate the issue with me getting the 2-disc version and the deal though. The ad for the BB pack does only show the single disc though.

    Oh well, I guess I got a steal. :D

YES! I'm sure Alt Mirage had a hand in it though. I heard he's in cahoots with Incomplete Skywarp these days, so who knows . . . :D
