Target is clearancing a 5-pack of scout-like figures, although not as good of quality. It's currently $9.98. I forget the names, but does everyone know the exclusive I'm talking about? Anyway, some look cool, some lame. Are they worth the $10?

The recent Target exclusive Legends 5-pack is of equal quality to any other Legends class Transformer.

It's a nice set. Five legends for $10 isn't a bad deal at all!

If you mean the set of 5 Legends figures - Mudflap, Runamuck, Ironhide, Swerve and Sparkcrusher... YES, get it. It's awesome. Those little guys are a lot of fun.

I also got one for $5 and you can't beat that price (even though I already had a version of Legend Mudflap and Sideswipe.) Here's my impressions on each starting with the weakest:

Runamuck: You'll need a bit of imagination to make him work. His proportions are off and he has the worst articulation (karate chop arms and only swivel knees.) It looks ok though (after imagination) except that there is a bumper sticking out of the hood in vehicle mode.

Ironhide: Another movie 1 legend that is pretty limited in articulation, but both modes are convincing.

Swerve: Red repaint of Legends Sideswipe with sleek alt mode and fairly accurate bot mode.

Mudflap: A repaint of the recently released Legend, but this paint job looks fantastic! The paint job has a nice metal flake that makes it shimmer and the added dirt on his wheel are very convincing.

Spark Crusher: This guy is probably the only reason you'll need to get this set. If you don't have legends Warpath, you owe it to yourself to pick this set up. Well articulated for a Legends class, decent colors, nice transformation, and just overall awesome look in both modes.

I say get it now and keep the receipt just in case they do lower the price.

As it just so happens, picked up the set today for $4.98. I got it mostly for Sparkcrusher and got 4 free Legends with it, really.

Runamuck and Swerve could pass for Legends Stunticons almost.

Thanks, everyone. I'll try to pick this up today, and return it if they are still left at $5.
