Considering Target.com's messed up when sending out Jetfire and HA Skids, I wouldn't get too excited for this.

Not saying it WILL get messed up, but it has happened.

 

Jetfire and Skids were mishaps because they share DPCI's with other figures. Burning Fallen (and the more recent Straightaway Shootout Legends set) do not share their numbers with any other figures, so that won't be happening here.

I think this listing is the first listing we have seen though, which makes sense due to the exclusivity of it to Target. I don't remember ever hearing of a pre-order page for it on the Target site.

I'm passing on this one. It looks cool and all, and the packaging is nice, but I have no need.

 

I've been checking several times a day, and the pre-order page wasn't up as of this morning, but was after I got back from lunch today. I thought that qualified this as news... sorry if this thread needs moved elsewhere...

 

Store exclusives being in stock at the store they're exclusive to is news as far as I can tell.

 

Good news, but I wanna see this in person before considering whether to buy it or not.

Damn I Am Seriously Upset.. I have spent so much Dang money on tfs in the last bit (Target Exclusive Bruticus, Activators SW, So on) Plus i need to start saving up for the ROTF Dvd, I will be buying the 2-disc Special edition, Walmart exclusive 2 pack thingy, The michael, And tyrese gibson Autographed Blu-ray ROTF And Tf1, As well as the frikken best buy exclusive Blu-ray with the Bust, And now....This! Lets see, That'll be $245.00 Or something like that, NOT including tax. Transformers is why i will starve from now on but it is SOOOOOOOO worth it IMO cant wait to get this guy been loookin forward to him for like ever. Cant Wait i repeat

Nah thats pre-Beast Wars Cheetor during his punk rock phase.

 

I had this problem when I got the DPCI # for HA Sideswipe off the Target website. I brought the # into the store, asked an associate for Sideswipe, and they kept telling me that the item was on the floor even though all they had out was HA Bumblebee.

One Target refused to bring out Sideswipe because of the shared DPCI # w/Bumblebee.....they claimed that the item was already out even though I tried explaining to them that the items were different.

At another Target, I explained to them the difference and they went in the back and got me a HA Sideswipe. I'm not sure why the matching #'s but it has definitely been a problem w/tracking down figures. Is this common practice for Target to have matching DPCI #'s on items?

I have a question: Does anybody know what The Fallen's true name? If I understand it correctly, and correct me if I'm wrong here, he is only being called 'The Fallen' because of his treachery and betrayal. He must have a real/true name. Does anybody know what it is? I've been curious all this time on why calling him The Fallen and nothing in the movie tells of his real name.

 

Entire assortments share the same DPCI (i.e. all Leaders have the same number, all basic Star Wars figures have the same number, all Animated Deluxes, etc.). In all likelihood, the Human Alliance figures they had in the back could've just as easily been more Bumblebees.
