I just got 10th Anniversary Tarantulas. Playing around with him, I realized how feminine he looks. Busty chest, smooth, curvy thighs, fine arms, and curved feet that give the impression of high heels. His "robot head" only helps him nail the part! Take a look!

well the did repaint the original into Black Arachnia so i suppose it all worked out lol

I never really thought he looked feminine. Probably just because the beast mode. BA was a repaint, but I think that was conceived after the mold was made. I could be wrong though.

Tarantulus is my favorite BW character though.

Nah, he just has moobs and a high instep. As do many fanboys.

 

I always thought of it more as a "middle school girls' gym teacher" sort of femininity.

Get Animated BA. She's pretty stinking awesome.

 

Yeah I was seriously thinking that. But I don't have any other Animated figures and she might look outta place. Darn, if I get her, I'll have to get Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Prowl, Starscream, etc.... OCD kicking in!

I did, and enjoyed it. I'm not so excited by all the toys, only some like Blackarachnia.

 

Then just get what you like.   I passed on BA for months because of some bad hype, and finally QuinJester told me I was dumb so I bought her. And she is really great. I'm glad I did.

I always considered him as a muscle bot not femine bot. Not boobs, pecks, not curvy thighs, toned thighs, the feet are a bit on the weird side, but I mean he is a toy after all.

Haha, perhaps you're right. Probably a rephrasing is in order, and the word "interested" fits better. And my post clearly indicates that it's other Animated toys as well, not just Blackarachnia. Still, blame it on an obsession.  

 

Try and track down Transmetal 2 Blackarachnia; she's definitely female.
(especially if you end up with the release where her "bra" isn't glued on)

And yes Tarantulus is a great character and his Transmetal toy is amazing. The original one is pretty cool too.
