Does anyone know it? just found mine (forgot he was on the shelf/existed) and his low head still depresses me. Anyone know how to fix it?

damn, harder to fix than i thought. It's either add a longer balljoint or cut where the arm attached to the neck panel meets the chest panel and glue it higher.

NOTE: I'm not going for extra articulation, I'm trying to raise the head higher than the housing it comes in. And of course I wrecked the head of the screw that would be taken out for the balljoint. *sigh*

All I ever did on mine was loosen the screw that holds the head to the body. Basically allows the head to be pulled up slightly higher, though it's probably not the most ideal...

Use an "easy out" bit for your stripped screw.

Head wasn't so much of an issue for me as the awkward shoulders. I turned the arms so the dual wheels were facing the same direction as the chest, and he looks plenty great now. The head doesn't even bother me anymore since doing that one simple mod.

I don't remember this being difficult at all. I just remember when that original thread was posted that I would have liked to been able to make a full-blown tutorial out of it. In retrospect, I wished I'd taken the time myself to make the tutorial.

It's been a while since I've done it, but I think I just loosened the screw. I didn't know there was another mod.

I'll see if I can dig it out, and take a few pics with my usual coloring in of specific parts to help with identification. Might take a few days, but I'll see what I can do to help out. :thumb
