Both are toy companies, but what makes this merger effing hilarious in my mind is this: TakTomy (or rather just Tomy) was responsible for one of the Thomas lines, and might still be, and Learning Curve owns the rights to the Wooden Thomas stuff and makes it. Now TakTomy owns at least one Thomas license for toys. And Chuggington&Dinosaur Train. How long before Thomas Transformers? I want 'em now.
