Does Dinobot have any forward/butterfly shoulder movement?

Oh yeah, I remember now, you’re the reason I started using AE actually! So thanks for mentioning them.

You had a look on MyKombini or Nippon Yasan? Prices are probably a bit higher if he’s even available.

I’d actually love a butterfly joint on Dinobot as he’s such a poor-postured-slouch and it’d go really well with a depressed and deflated stance after a defeat. If he had an ab-crunch as well that’d be epic but I doubt there’s any transformers that can manage that joint. As is he’s looking fully pumped up but I can definitely work with that look as well.

Actually quite a lot of the new G1 MPs have an ab crunch (butterfly shoulders are also coming in, now). MPs 28, 33, 35, 36, 37, 39, and 40 all do.

I can totally understand it not being possible though, when the transformation is as complicated as it is for these BW MPs.

It looks like MP-43 has butterfly shoulders anyway (though perhaps no ab crunch either).

I'm pretty sure the issue is that there's nowhere for a butterfly joint to even go. It's been made clear that the entirety of Dinobot's torso is filled to near bursting with Beast Mode kibble.

Keep in mind though that you are in Japan and will have to pay taxes. The absolute cheapest it's been on Amazon is ¥20,480 including taxes. The 18-something price is only for non-Japan residents, who in turn will need to pay for shipping.
    I'd say he's gonna run you 21,000+

Well, at least mine will be I till I remove all those parts and attempt to flatten his back. That’s one more reason I’d enjoy a KO. I’d happily chop a knock off up and paint it exactly how I envision Dinobot.
Then my beast mode display version will undergo a leg switcharoo.

If you’re that worried about 20-40 bucks difference couldn’t you just take a private lesson? I assume your an expatriate in japan that teaches English. If I’ve pegged you wrong sorry.

Being a cheapskate myself has lead me to buy more figures. Every little bit helps.
