Probably already a thread where this is being discussed, but, I'm debating on whether I should get the new Unicron or not. That head mold looks way more awesome and the paint job is better too. My only gripe is that his eyes are red which I'm sure is an easy fix. I already have the Universe re-release of Armada Unicron so it's kinda hard to justify the buy. Thoughts?
I don't have a unicron at all so I was debating this its more accurate to G1 but the price is way to high

I've been looking for a reasonably priced Armada Unicron for a couple of months... But seeing this one, I'll definitely be wanting to get a pre-order in for this bad boy!
I put my Unicron back together to repaint in a more G1 style. But then news of this came out. Unicron is going back to being combiner kibble.
Nobody cared about this figure when the Universe version hit. And now that it is repainted, people care? Wow.
I'd really like to get it. If I can find it for a reasonable rice I probably will. I really like the new head sculpt.
The Universe version was completely unchanged from his Armada version, which a lot of people already owned, so why would they care? But now it is changed, it's in colors that match his original movie appearance, which to old collectors, is more appealing than his Armada appearance. I'm not one of them, though. This toy is primarily orange. The Armada one I already have is primarily orange. Seems Unicrony enough to me!
I painted the eyes of my Armada Unicron green. It was pretty easy, just unscrew the head and remove the eyes, not sure if this version will be just as easy.
It's all about that evil head...for me anyway...the original one looks too fucking campy...almost like they took ronald mcdonald and stuck his noggin on the body of hannibal lecter...
