Would have been great if they'd given Greatshot his swords from the anime.

Nippon-Yasan lost my business with the crap they pulled on me with Fort Max.

Good luck with them on shipping though.

What happened, if you don't mind me asking? I know they are not perfect, but I've had worse problems with Anime-Expert and Hlj.

After paying for my Fort Max and his shipping months before his release, they tried getting $50 more out of me for shipping. I had no issues prior to that, even when I had bought two UW Devastators from them the year before. They were being greedy, so I cancelled my order and never went back.

Is greedy really the right word? They under estimated the actual shipping cost. And instead of absorbing the cost of their mistake, they made the customer pay for it. Greedy? Not really. Poor business sense? Absolutely.

The original cost for shipping was $10 less than the two UW Devastators I bought from them the year before.

Greedy sounds about right to me.

Also, while it never happened to me, I also know that they're famous for not refunding the difference for shipping when they over estimate the shipping cost with preorders. Maybe some folks are able to get refunded, but many aren't able to.
