Probably been posted already but here are some pics of ROTF Takara Tomy Bludgeon who is apparently in the N.E.S.T Line, there I was thinking he was a decepticon when he is actually an autobot, this will teach me to read!!!! - Red Rampage and Silver Demolisher.

EDIT: Added pics of Recon Ironhide - Breakdown - Bumblebee and Dirge all figures are released to retailers in solid packs of 6.

Hmm, it's already known that Bludgy's in the NEST subline. Also, RedRampage/SilverDemo seem to be just a photoshop of stock photos.

Also, why that deco for Demo? Makes him look like he's cosplaying as G1 Ratchet or something.

 

And the wait pays off. Red Rampage will be mine.

 

Uhm, who's an autobot?? All of those figuures in the first post are cons..

EDIT: I think he thought that the NEST logo meant that Bludgy's a Bot... Anyway, SilverDemo mentions something about his appearance in Shanghai in the movie.

 

Interesting. Red Rampage isn't surprising, as we've already seen a listing for a "Red Buldozer" deluxe figure. The Demolishor repaint actually doesn't look good (though these are clearly photoshoped images). It apears to be a more screen accurate version of him. It'll be interesting to see if Hasbro releases a similar repaint. If they do, I may get it. It's not my favorite new mold, but it would be nice to have a version of it. Also, it's more of a white than silver.

N.E.S.T. Global Alliance is just the name of the subline that Bludgeon is a part of. Has absolutely nothing to do with what faction he is. He's still a Decepticon.

 

Like the red on rampage, but not willing to pay what's likely 2x normal retail or more plus shipping for a figure I'm not too fond of. Demolishor looks cool, but I prefer his red deco personally.

He was colored like that in the movie, so Takara's doing thier usuall screen-accurate thing.

 

I cant read Japanese so was just going by the Autobot symbol but have been informed now that they are indeed cons and N.E.S.T is the subline - been working too hard   out of the loop lol

 

Do not question Hasbro's repaint logic, it might make your brain fry.

 

Oh, I never noticed that Demo's that deco. Always thought that he was red...

Now you know, and knowing is half the battle!

I don't get the released in solid packs of 6

Does that mean you have to buy all of them ?

 

no it just means they come in packs of 6 to retailers - 6 x Ironhide , 6 x Bludgeon etc, I like it from a buyers point of view as it means you dont have to wade through half a case of repaints or toys which just dont sell.

 

Demolishor was white. Scavenger was red.

 

curious if Bludgeon will have different paint apps

Isn't that how TakaraTomy toys are always distributed?

 

At this point, I'd rather get the legends scavenger repainted as white demolishor and then the legends red rampage..
