Keeping up to date with the not quite so interesting tie ins for the japanese animated we now have the Beyblade inspired Animated Battle Wheels as seen below.

Price point is the same as beyblade and the release is May 2010

That's exactly what I was thinking. I remember getting those things back when Power Rangers were still awesome. Ah, good times.

 

I like how Japan keeps trying to hide Megatron's Season 2 look.

No. But Beigomas have been around for centuries LONG before Beyblade introduced them to the west so its not all that surprising.

Honestly, I always thought that were there to be a Season 4, Blackarachnia, Waspinator and whatever other organic transformers they could muster would form a third faction. (Predacons?) Not quite Decepticons, but not quite Autobots either...
