I like the Terrorcon Cliffjumper! Takara Soundwave doesn't seem too different.

Well since the thread is about Cliffjumper and Soundwave, and I answered a question about where to purchase them, I think that qualifies as 1-2 items.

Wow...I don't think I've ever had such a strong feeling of "that's stupid / I must have it" as I do with the grape jolly rancher Cliffjumper.

Haha, boy, they have been a little indecisive with this Terrorcon Cliffjumper figure. I preferred the darker solid purple (mostly because this clashes a little with the red parts), but I'll still get this; it has traded some "looks genuinely cool" points for "kitschy weirdness" points, but its final tally is about the same. Plus, you know... gotta have that Ravage.

Soundwave is looking about the same as the US release, aside from the minicon ports, but that baby Scorponok is a must-have. Looks like it can act as either a staff or a whip. Nice!

Terrorcon Cliffjumper looks like it's immediately vaulted to the top as my favorite Arms Micron figure, at least, and one of my favorite Prime figures period. That clear purple look is great. I do like it when stuff that looks like it'd be released as an exclusive only (like the clear Optimus that was part of Takara's Wingblade release) actually get a retail release in Japan.

Those two minicons are also my favorites of the bunch so far. I'm looking forward to April's Arms Micron releases much more than this month's.

well with sal weight limit you're looking at 5 separate boxes with at least $20 shipping each so your total for hlj would be about $450 shipped, still cheaper than bbts but the difference isn't that dramatic especially spread across the 14-15 figures. some people are willing to pay that premium for the convenience of pol and shorter transport time from bbts or to bbts if they need to return/exchange.

understood. I guess in my case where I am collecting the whole line I just can't justify spending 170$ as a premium.

A translucent zombie Transformer with a minicon that turns into a double-bladed chainsaw?

Meh. The ports on Soundwave in robot mode just wreck the silhouette too much for me. : / And I'm definitely still hoping we'll get that early, show-accurate deco of Terrorcon Cliffjumper eventually.

Except he's not a typical plane. Google "reaper drone" for a better idea of what he's supposed to be.

Jeez, they just can't make up their minds on this!

The first, show-accurate version we saw was an instant buy for me. Not so on the others.

Yeah, but not as understandable as the first pic we saw. Oh well.

I seriously hope Hasbro carries over the Microns somehow. I really want that chainsaw-Ravage, but not enough to pay for Cliffjumper and to import.
Also, what is with all the apparent color changes with Cliffjumper?

Pretty bad ass, yet again Asia gets the better selections of these.
