Hi guys. I recentrly bought a Takara Masterpice Starscream Ghost and I must say it's amazing ! Sadly, I am having some trouble transforming it, and the instructions in japanese don't seem to help at all.

I am stuck at the (almost) last step of the transformation:

View image: IMG 1333 (Here's what the manual shows)

My problem is with this little part I am pointing in this picture:

When I move down the torso to connect it with the hips, that part is in the way:

Look at all that space between his shoulders and the air intakes...or what it's worst:

All the space between the cockpit and the hips.

Can someone help mw with this ? I can't find any decent video explaining the transformation, so I am stucked at this point.

    Tnx !!

do you need to loosen the two screws holding the sliding assembly of the torso together?

I should probably have a better suggestion, but it's all i can think of right now.

Loosing screws does not seem like a normal transformation step :S

It's a common issue with the mold. The screws are either too loose or too tight in a lot of cases. Loosen them a little and the torso will slide like it should.

WOW, that was the solution. Thanks. Who would think a "high-end figure" would need that kind of adjustments ?

Anyways, I noticed a bigger problem with my figure:

TWO RIGHT HANDS !!! Grrrr, I'll have to complain and prey they ship me a spare hand. I bought the toy in China (during my vacations :D  ) but I live in Argentina (Southamerica).

Oh what a bummer man...you finally get it transformed and then find out the hand is wrong. Sorry bro...good luck with getting a replacement.

It looks like luck won't be enough. I don't see any way of contacting Takra by email, and I don't speak japanese (plau: an internation call to japan is too expensive). Looks like the fist will remain closed....of I'll try a manual repair

Even if Takara answered you, they'd probably tell you to talk to whoever you bought it from.

I've never had to loosen any screws on my MP seekers. Though I will admit running into this same problem, all I did was fidget around with it a bit and it will slide in place. *shrugs*

Two right hands? It appears that he's...ambidextrous! HAHA! But in all seriousness, do see if you can order a replacement hand somehow. Might find one on eBay.
