I'm a G1chijin but even I would rather ignore Triggerhappy's eye deco in HM. The TR head deco is a great compromise.

Heck, you could be cheeky and just add heroic amounts of 5-second-fix or clear plastic and give him both shades AND eyes.

 

I think I may be able to pick Kup up in Japan later this year.

That being said, I've scored an 8/8 at the eye thing test but strangely I can't manage to read the "and Gnaw as swell" part of your sentence.

 

Mine's the 3rd one too. The one that TakaraTomy is releasing looks too much like Cerebros' father or grandfather! Hahaha!

If I were TakaraTomy I would have simply follow the colours from the 1986 Animated movie. That being said, I may pick him up solely for the target master.

 

Could definitely go for the 3rd/ far right colours! ... too soon to hope for KO version to satisfy my need for these colours?  

 

I foresee some absolutely beautiful custom paints of this figure.

 

I failed that test miserably, 2 out of 8. But it's not a surprise, I've failed tests like those since the 3rd Grade. But either way I think I'm fine with this Kup and how he's painted and I'm going with a preorder.

 

Nope, not color blind. I looked up a second one just for the hell of it...got em all on both tests.

They just updated the pics on Takara's website. They totally changed it to be greener. Cool! There must have been enough people complaining about it in Japan for them to change it.

I'm always a little iffy on shades of a color, because you have to take into account lighting. I also really like the head sculpt, this is a nice improvement from Hasbro as far as I was concerned.
