Don't know if anyone's pointed this out yet, but that's not a leader. It says "Optimus Prime Prize" so I think it's a covenience store prize item. It might even be an immobile statue.
I do believe I might weep if it was just a statue. If it really is a figure, I can only hope that we get a US release.

I don't think it is a leader class such as Sentinal Prime my guess it is the kind of Takara exclsuive figure kind of like the Animated Flying Optimus Prime figure what ever it is called. As for the statue I don't think Takara is known for statues.
Definately looks like the ROTF Prime with weapons and armour which would be easy to fit on him re-using Jetfires attachment ports. It looks like it could transform and that back pack looks as if it's big enough to transform and be his trailer, hopefully hasbro release this too as the ultimate Prime is so off the cgi model.
It is the leader Prime mold. Not a statute, not from the voyager mold. Probably some remolded part like the abs and some clip on ports/joints to accommodate the jetwing parts.
This goes along with the initial rumor that the Jetwing Optimus that Red Leader got a listing for a while back would be a retooled ROTF leader Prime with new parts. I AM EXCITE
hey guys? next to the figure there's a height thing that appears to say "160MM". it's a deluxe core figure at best, if that's the case. also the feet don't look like leaderprime's feet. seriously, go look at a rotf leader prime. them's not his feet.
I think, the larger toys often have at least some marquee aspect to them designed simply to promote brand awareness.
I take back what I said before. If you scale the image to the more legible 480mm at the bottom, the height is 260mm. Leader Prime is about exactly 260mm tall, and the armor does not appear to add to his height (wings not included). Whether it's Leader Prime, retooled or new, it's on that order of magnitude.
I'm not even sure if that is even an actual picture of the toy. It looks like it might possibly be a gray prototype or an illustration. But, the picture is so small and out of focus that it's hard to tell so...here's hopping! ream: But if it is real and as awesome as it looks...
I can't get excited yet. It would have to be better than Buster Prime to be a purchase (or much more different than I'm expecting). It's not at all possible to determine how well executed he is from this picture.
I would agree but I never bought the glory that was Buster Prime. To me, if this is just the buster prime with some retools and the add-on armor, I'm sold!! P.S. Here's hopping that it isn't as expencive as Red Leader originally said it would be.
