    Hey Guys,
A small black gear inside the knee of my mp5 megatron has broken and looks pretty unfixable. I've heard takara can help out with replacing such parts....
can anyone help me get in touch with them? I can't find an email address anywhere.

    Thanks in advance!

They don't accept emails even from domestic customers. Their customer service is by phone only, unless your purchase was defective (in that case you can contact them from their home page).
Their customer service page states they only service domestically. Sorry :(

I'd like to try contacting them from their home page, but i can't read japanese at all.
I read a story a couple of weeks ago about a guy in Australia who emailed them in regards to replacing a small part and they helped him out.
If you know where on their site I could find an email address I would really appreciate it. I keep looking but it leads me nowhere!

The story you read, didn't it happen a long while ago? They don't have their email address on their homepage as of now.

This is the enquiry form on their homepage. It is in Japanese as you said and you need to type in a Japanese address (line 3 ~ 6) and phone number (line 7).

I really can't help anymore, since I don't think this page will be helpful even if you could read Japaneses. This form is for an out of the factory defect only.
How about you contact the person of the story you read, then? Good luck :)

Oh, I am sure it could have happened as you say :)

I'd have helped if I was in Japan :(

Hmm, I tried to use that customer support form before, but I could never get it to accept the details I entered.
