Well, Takara could be reissuing it, in case a certain company decides to make a KO, be it original size or upscaled.

Well, if anything, there will be the option for fans to buy the real one, and for cheaper compared to a KO.

 

I dunno some one will say they wanted a bigger THS toy and will be willing to play double the imported price of the original

 

Mr. Kawamori better finish off the 2 new valkyries and the unknown machine for the up coming macross movies, plus the new tv show for next year before touching new designs for THS lineup (if there is any) or I will be very upset about it

Good news for people who missed it, the THS-02 Convoy robot mode is superb. In some ways I prefer it to MP Convoy, it's so well engineered and articulated, and the design proportions are spot on. Even the simple fact that it's a Convoy that comes with a trailer & Roller is a good thing.

I'd like to hope the THS line will now be resurrected with a THS Megatron - but even if this one is a re-release and not a warehouse find, no doubt it'll be a one-off. I can't imagine the THS line was a moneymaker for Takara, even with the limited run.

 

I just checked eBay for prices on the THS Galaxy Convoy. Wow. If this is in fact a reissuing of THS-02, maybe a THS Galaxy reissue can follow suit. I've been rethinking my position on that one, but looking at the eBay prices for MISB ones(even for eBay)...eeek.

 

I can't believe I took that photograph on the FP   I guess you get lucky sometimes, eh?

 

holy s**t. man I'm happy I picked mine up at the same time as THS02 before their was this mad rush.

 

I hope this is more of a sign of breathing life into the line for the support of the rumored Hybrid Style Dinobots.

 

the THS Dinobots are a fan toys from the same guys who make the WST dinobots so their will be no chance that this reissue/restock will be part of some line revival

the tire issue happened to my ths galaxy convoy too.... he has never been transformed or rolled, it is a defect in the rubber with oxidation.... put some rubber cement around the rim and the tire aback on and hold it shut at the split for like 10 min.... after drying any excess should come off cleanly.... simple fix

 

Those Ebay prices for THS-01 Galaxy Convoy are ridiculously inflated. I snagged one from there for $90 a few months ago. Just gotta wait for the collectors to post there's.

Infact, I got all my Hybrid Style figures for less than $100 each. They were expensive yes, but not triple digit expensive.
