    Snowspeeder:

He is the dud of the wave. Reminiscent of the X-Wing Luke. Vehicle mode is nice and hides everything, but Robot mode is kibble city. He looks like a dwarf compared to the other SWTFs. tiny little legs.... He is better than X-Wing Luke, but still not that great. Overall he is nice for vehicle, but not bot. I give him a C.

EDIT: I just realized the legs extend.. Stupid me. Bump him up to a C+ and drop the dwarf legs...

    At-At:

My fav vehicle from SW. I love the walkers. This one is a great vehicle mode, but another mediocre robot. It suffers from crappy robot legs. His legs are the hind legs of the walker. Looks awkward in robot mode. Still cool though. He too suffers from a bad backpack. I love the vehicle mode so much he gets a B from me. For non AT-AT fans it too would be a C or a C+.

    Turbo Tank:

Amidst the bad is a shining pillar of cool. Turbo tank rocks. Robot mode has kibble, but it makes cape/wings and is far more attractive than the other too. Plus he has hidden compartments! On his hip wheels they open up. One has a hand gun that you can take out! The other I think is a bomb but it doesn't come out. Still cool.

I'm getting ready to edit the pics and post them. Back in about 20 min..

I love the pics and great review. The Hiyo Silver and Giddyup are awesome and deserving of a web comic. Also reminds me of a few Grimlock/Wheelie moments in the original Transformers movie.

Thanks much for the review and pics, guy. Much appreciated.

I'm loving that Turbo Tank. I mean, he's wicked.

Probably will grab the AT-AT, also, but that Snowspeeder's kibble is too much even for a SWTF.

Are these all the standard mold size?

I'm very much sold on Cody and the AT-AT pilot. They both look great. The snowspeeder can stay at the store.

You mean how big they are? It's the same as the majority of them: deluxe-sized, like the Tie Fighter Darth Vader and X-Wing Luke

    Me neither.

I found Commander Cody and the Snowspeeder today (though the AT-AT was MIA). I generally agree with Rattrap007's review of them. Honestly, Commander Cody is EXCELLENT. Other than the fact that his shoulders can interfere a bit with the tank-halves on his upper back and his hips are a TAD too close together, he's pretty much perfect.

Also, Cody's wheels on his shoulders can pop open to reveal two side-mounted cannons as well.

Yeah, all I also see are the red X's. I'm sad too because I want to see that snowspeeder.

you know, you could easily put some molding on the bottom of the extra 2 feet so they could be folded up over the shoulders and look like big shoulder guns, ala soundwave...

The Turbo tank is bought. MAYBE the AT-AT since I always liked the vehicles. The Snowspeeder is standatd STWF bullshit though.

The Snowspeeder is totally ruined by the prerequisite of making the robot mode look like one of the characters. I can sort of accept janky 'bot modes from designs like the X-Wing or the Jedi Starfighter, since the vehicle designs don't lend themselves well to stashing robot parts, but the Snowspeeder is a very blocky vehicle design. But no, they have to hide those white and orange bits in there, so it turns out all shell-formery on you, instead of using the vehicle mode bits to any useful degree.

Cody is probably the best SWTF yet. Army Builder!!!
    May I ask a stupid question, though;
which way is supposed to be the front? I presumed it was the cannon end, but that means Cody pilots backwards.

    that rebel.

The other thing I dislike about the Snowspeeder is that there is no place for the lightsabre in vehicle mode. In its defense, though, the vehicle mode is a perfect recreation of the movie version, and has no visible robokibble. I'm actually less impressed with the ATAT- if they'd made the legs more bendable, you could at least pretend that the front legs are over-the-shoulder cannons. Still, I'm fairly happy with all of them, and my SWTF collection is complete again. Does anyone know if more are planned?
