Does anybody know if G1 Swoop was ever made with his original blue chest? I know that the Diaclone version was, but was there ever a crossover point where a G1 head and wings may have been put onto a Diaclone body. I know there is speculation that G1 and Diaclone got mixed together in transition with the Italian manufacturer Gig. The reason i am asking is that some guy is trying to sell a Swoop that has Hasbro Takara markings a G1 beak, and a blue chest. Any thoughts on the subject?
I think I know the particular swoop you're talking about. I don't know of a blue variation aside from the Diaclone, so I'm thinking it's a custom job.
Dunno if you're talking about that ebay auction for a swoop with blue chest with opening bid of $100. The blue looks really off. The crest is also red and it should be gold.
