You've got now antibodies against the H1N1 virus, it's very unlikely that you'll get sick a second time. But as the german Robert-Koch Institute, the equivalent of the CDC, recommends to wash your hands throughoutly, not only the palm, but also between the finger regularly, wiping all door handles with antiseptics, don't shake hands, if sneezing - sneeze into your elbow instead of covering with you hands (see above for reason) and avoid areas with lots of people like cinemas or shopping malls.

Rest, drink plenty of fluids, take paracetamol to alleviate aches, pains and fever. There's nothing else you can do.

Sleep as much as you can. If you're running a fever and are achey, take a tylenol if you feel you need to. Lots of fluids. No major activity, bed rest and relaxation. Eat if you can, H1N1 is not usually accompanied by the symptoms of a stomach flu, but if you feel too weak (and this may be the case) to eat solid food, have soup or cream of wheat or something else. If the fever gets too high (like 104-105F), consult a physician or go to the emergency room.

Infection usually lasts up to a week from the first sign of symptoms. You continue to be infectious until 24 hours past when you no longer have a fever. Keep this in mind and try to keep to yourself, and limit what you touch, especially your face. Your face and bodily fluids are a primary point to pass on the infection, and the virus can live on hard surfaces for 48 hours unless they are sterilized, and on fabrics for a few hours. After you are no longer infectious, you will still feel tired and will be easily worn out while your body takes time to recover.

To avoid re-infection, wash your hands often, avoid touching your face, and stay away from anyone that's infected or anything they've touched.

    In short, go to bed.

As I said, symptoms will likely last for as long as a week. You're still sick until 24 hours after your fever goes away.

Use TampaFlu or something like that. Worked for my friend Cory who had H1N1.

Bed rest and plently of fluids.
Don't blow your nose too hard as you may strip the nasal passage of their natural muscus lining.

My brother happened to get swine flu, and pretty much all what he was able to do was take cold/flu medicines and try and get as much rest as he could.

co worker of mine and some of our clients had the swine flu last month and it lasted about 2 weeks for them; once you start getting the symptoms, the doctor will pretty much say its too late and just tell you to rest.

This is probably going to fall on deaf ears, but Swine Flu is the Flu. There is no "cure", only a vaccination to prevent it. Once you get it, you do what you do when you get the "normal" flu. You rest, drink lots of fluids (preferably good 'ol fashioned water), only get up to find the nearest toilet to puke in and wait the damn thing out. So listen to your doctor's advice, as useless as you think it may be.

If you survive this, you'll know to take measures to try to avoid the flu next time around. Drink lots of fluids and eat more fresh fruits. Get the vaccination shot if your doctor thinks it's okay. Stop wiping your friend's nose on the playground, and no more licking toilet seats.
