So I have bought four Titanium Scourges so far to act as Sweeps for my original G1 Scourge. Has anyone else been troop building with them like I have? I don't mind the brick hands on the Titanium Scourge figures because they are just cannon fodder!

I've considered doing the same thing... but only IF they release a few more of the TF:TM characters first. We got Scourge & Rodimus Prime and are about to get Ultra Magnus, so in keeping with that theme, I hope they decide to also do Cyclonus, Kup, Springer and/or Blurr. If I get those guys, then yeah, I'll probably build a mini Sweeps army too.

How do the Tit. Scourges compare size-wise to G1 Scourge?

I had really hoped for Cyclonus in Classics, but alas :(

I hope they DON'T do him in Titanium, after the problems with the line so far I'm worried they'd totally screw him up :(

Much smaller, but he actually looks like Scourge now. Pathetically simple transform though, even by Titanium standards.

I get what you're saying, but since the G1 Titaniums all seem to be TF:TM characters so far (except for Soundwave), I think they should definitely do Cyclonus in that line... especially since they did Scourge, who looks very out of place on his own and does not fit with the War Within characters at all. Plus, Cyclonus' transform is extremely simple, so it would fit right in with the Titaniums.

A Classics version would be nice too since they did Rodimus and what they claim to be Ultra Magnus. Having a TF:TM Con would be a good addition. And who knows, it actually could happen considering they made Magnus for each line so far (Classics, G1 Titaniums & War Within Titaniums).

I was also thinking about doing that. I have Scourge hanging out with my Armada Unicron (soon to be painted in G1 colors), and I was thinking of getting a few more for effect.

I think you may be confused (or I am). There is the upcoming Classics Ultra Magnus/Skywarp 2 pack, and the upcoming Ultra Magnus Titanium figure, but he looks to be more WW oriented, and there is not another Ultra Magnus fig coming out. What is this G1 & WW Ultra Magnus you are referring to?

You've got the white Prime repaint in classics, and white War Within Prime repaint in Titaniums, but you also have a brand new Ultra Magnus mold in Titaniums based off of the Generation 1 version of the character coming out too.
I'd get pics but I don't have time right now >.>

They made a War Within version which is just a(another) white repaint of WW Prime AND they made a G1 single-piece version as well. Pics of both of them are floating around here somewhere.

    Edited to add:

If you do a search, you'll find several threads about the G1 Titanium version. Lots of people are happy that they finally made a REAL Ultra Magnus figure instead of just keeping him as an Albino Prime, but are upset because his arms look so ridiculous stuck to his back the way they are. And of course, he's pretty tiny. Looks smaller than even the Rodimus Prime Titanium.

That would be cool, but not at $15-$16 bucks a pop.

Bah, if anyone is going to pay that much for Scourge - who is the smallest & most simplistic Titanium yet - that price would be more than justified for decent versions of Cyclonus & Galvatron as well. If for nothing else than to have a decent set of TF:TM characters. We already got Rodimus Prime, Ultra Magnus & Scourge, so it would be nice to have Cyclonus, Galvatron and god willing Kup, Blurr & Springer to add to the line-up as well... each of which should be very easy to do in Titanium form (not sure about Galvatron though).

I would but those guys are bit too expensive to armybuild for me. I had thought about buying a few Dreadwinds to use as Scourge and the sweeps.

I bought three for this very reason, and will buy Rodimus (when I finally find him) and Ultra Magnus in the hopes that we will get Titanium versions of the rest of the characters prevalent in the movie. Especially Cyclonus, who is in serious need of a proper treatment. Kup, Blur, Springer and Galvatron would all be welcome additions.

I have G1 Scourge and one Titanium version. I'll pick up a second and have a small sweep army.
