Groundshaker Aerialbot Leader and Air-Ground bombardment specialist Spends so much time fighting on the ground that Magnus wonders why he volunteered for the Elite Guard Project in the first place. Barrels into combat as though he still turned into his All-Terrain-Assault-Vehicle and not a super-sonic jet. Only really goes for altitude when he wants to drop bombs, or himself, onto well fortified enemy formations. His superiors may not understand his tactics, but they can't argue with his results or the fact that he gets complete respect and loyalty from the other Aerial-bots. His only weakness is that his fighting style leaves him open to enemy fire and he is often heavily damaged after even a small skirmish. Skyhigh Front Line Soldier Skyhigh is always the closest behind Groundshaker on the battlefield. If he could, he'd beat the Aerialbot leader to the front just to get a few extra kills. He prefers to fly directly at one opponent, launch grappling hooks from his side guns, and then gun his engines to get as much altitude as possible. Once he's high enough, he'll transform to robot mode, put a few holes in his victim, and then drop him on the other Decepticons so they see what awaits anyone he can get his hands on. Like Groundshaker, his greatest weakness is that his "tactics" expose him to alot of damage. Sunrunner Combat Communications Sunrunner helps to coordinate the progress of a battle keeping the Aerialbots, the other Elite Guard Flyers, and the main ground based Autobot forces keyed in to what each group is doing. This keeps him fairly deep in the thick of battle, and he takes more than his share of hits. Few Decepticons have ever gotten to shoot at him in more than one battle though. Each blast he takes leads him to stop his Communications duties just long enough to put a laser blast through the head of whatever con hit him. Sunrunner's greatest weakness is that he is concentrating on so much in any given battle. This can cause him to be jumpy and leaves him open to enemy fire. Eagle Eye Sniper Eagle Eye is the only Aerialbot that doesn't jump right into the thick of things. Special boosters in his legs allow him to stand, sit, or kneel in the air as steadily as on solid ground. This allows him to stay back and pick off Decepticons from a distance. It is only when he misses a target that he will fly into a direct confrontation. Killing what he shoots at is a great matter of pride for him. This fixation on a particular target is his only real weakness. Hot House Fire Suppression and Evacuation Hot House is coated in soot from all of the smoke and flames he has flown through. He carries fire suppressing pellets that he shoots out of the gun placed on his nose cone as he flies through the flames looking for any Autobots that need to be pulled out of the danger. He also carries a Force Field Gun which he uses to surround and contain small enough fires. Of course, no stranger to combat, he has been known to use his gun to crush Decepticons. Hot House is the most balanced, and well adjusted of the Aerialbots. He's as determined as the others, but no where near as much of a risk taker. Even flying through smoke, his specially designed sensors are keenly aware of any potential threat. Superion Aerial Super Warrior Superion is the second Combiner after the Autobots less than perfect success with Safeguard. Where as Jetfire and Jetstorm's clashing personalities prevent them from maintaining Safeguard mode for more than 15 minutes, the Aerialbots were chosen for the Superion project because, out of the Elite Guard, they were the only ones to have worked together as a cohesive unit before their flight upgrades. Their similar and cooperative personalities, and their shared value for life, allows Superion to be deadly efficient on the battlefield.
