What surprises me is the amount of people here that don't seem to have heard of solvent abuse.

 

They've been locking up spraypaint for years now. Damn kids these days...can't even do drugs right.

 

This has been going on for YEARS. I also think it's crazy, but it's the only way to keep it controlled a bit. I actually had a teenager ask me to go buy him some outside of Wal-Mart because they wouldn't allow him to purchase it (he claimed it was for a school project, but seeing as they're always using teens to purchase beer and bust convenience stores, I wasn't taking a chance on it).

But yes, they do sniff it--and pretty much anything else they can find that will give them a buzz or get them high, apparently.
