So a few months back while I was transforming my RTS Wreck-Gar figure, one of the handlebars snapped on the joint that allows it to move for transformation. Anyways, I glued it back on and haven't transformed it since then. Do you guys think he's safe to transform? Of if I try to do it, do you think the part will break off again?

It depends where the break is exactly. I had the same thing happen me. The bar manages to stay in place fairly well. You just need to handle it more delicately.

I don't even bother to transform this mold anymore.

Third. Good thing I bought an extra one from Ross.

After superglue mine still transforms, minus the automorph.

One of my handlebars just broke, I'm rolling with it, he is a Junkion, afterall. Though the fact that one of the antennae broke off in the first week of owning it was the first break, and I had the attitude then.

I'm just banking on seeing a TFP or Exiles stylized version of 'em to replace it.

Yeah I transformed him today (kinda, I forgot the transformation) and it went smoothly enough moving that part, but I moved it extremely carefully. Definitely cutting the nubs off though.
