Looking at the stage selection screen, there are six slots left. I wouldn't be surprised if the last slot becomes an arrow for other stages added through DLC.

 

That's implying we're even getting a Direct every month until release, which, even if it's true, could focus on many of the other things we don't know about the game yet:
-Characters
-the remaining stages
-Spirits mode is likely going to be it's own Direct, maybe even without a newcomer reveal
-other various gameplay modes
-DLC teases
etc.

I could see us getting a Direct with Spirits mode next month, then a final Direct in November rounding out what's new with the game ending with the newcomer reveals and a DLC tease perhaps.

This is interesting; I'm sure one slot's for a DLC page button, but the others could be for anything. Newcomer stages or new stages for existing characters/franchises. Hmm.

Sadly that isn't Yarn Yoshi, that is Crafted World Yoshi. I would love for a Yarn Yoshi along with Kirby and Co. to be in Smash.

Well, earlier this week someone posted about the Smash Ultimate PRIMA guide printing soon; he posted every character, stage, etc. in the game. Naturally, most people shrugged it off, but the next day the PRIMA guide was announced and put up for preorder. The leaker said he'd be back to post pics as proof...

Take this all with a grain of salt of course! But, I do worry we might be getting a similar situation to the ESRB leaker from Smash 4. Watch out, big leaks might be coming soon. :/

 

This is one of those things I have to wonder if it can really be considered leaks, as Sakurai did say they would announce all the fighters before the game came out.

 

Ken's (barely visible) render doesn't look like shit looks new, so it's probably legit. God I hope this doesn't mean that dumbass box theory is right.

 

I mean, it's information that wasn't meant to be public yet; it's definitely a leak in that regard.

 

Hmm...the pic could be legit, but Ken looks a bit off. As far as that Prima Guide List goes, he mentions the Wii Remote Safety Instructor as an Assist Trophy. That right there is where I'm smelling bullshit from him.
