Saw today on Magic Box that the newest entry of the Super Robot Series will be out this November for the NDS.

The Magic Box - Super Robot Taisen L Preview (Page 1 of 3)

Very excited to see Macross Frontier get the SD treatment along with the other new series to the game. One big disappointment though, Gundam Seed over Gundam 00? Gundam Endless Waltz AGAIN, really?

If anyone can translate anything else important news wise off the pages, please let us know!

Sadly yes as the copyright issues would be a nightmare like the others and if the replaced the mechs that caused the issues people would be pissed.

They'd not replace the mechs. The entire appeal of the series is having all these guys in one place together.

I feel your pain in that regard, but thankfully the series has enough of a fanbase that there are story faqs and translation faqs out rather quickly. Im not sure if you have any experience with the series but the games are very easy to get into even if you have little to no knowledge of Japanese. It really is sd mecha porn at its finest.

I've tried in the past with previous SRW games, but I just can't seem to enjoy games when I don't understand what's on the screen in front of me.

Nono, the fact that these games will NEVER, EVER, EVER be released stateside is the reason that what you say is pure poppycock.

If the game is never released, how could the coders remove the units?

By the way, removing units from the game!?!? You heretic!

Its going to be released in Japan and perhaps else where the copy right issues aren't the problem they would be here in the US but in order for a US localization to happen they would have to make changes that would ruin the game so its not happening bar a miraculous copyright arrangement occuring
