A bit of good news. I was able to re-configure the Complete Octoduck set so it can be printed in "polished" material. I'll still put up a separate all tentacle option but that'll come in a few days.

    Enjoy!
    =)

    Mugeon Calibur Prime Style

We know Hasbro throws us G1 fan's a bone every-so-often. Animated Leader Ultra Magnus in orange and brown made us think of Roadbuster. Now they do it again in their latest Prime Beast Hunters line by giving Bulkhead (both Cyberverse Commander and Deluxe sizes) a orange and brown paint deco.

I can't say I've messed with Cyberverse Commander Bulkhead yet but I'm pretty impressed with the deluxe version. Sure he only sorta looks like the green Prime Bulkhead we all know and fawned over as a Voyager First Edition toy. OK, he really looks nothing like the FE Voyager version but you get what I'm saying. I'm not certain if they still have the copyright to the name "Roadbuster" or not but the new Beast Hunters deluxe Bulkhead just screams Roadbuster to me.

So here's a few weapons to fully make it happen.

Steve! Car Steve. Jet Steve. General Steve.

What can I say. I like Steve. First Edition car version of Steve. Robots In Disguise Steve. Jet Steve. And though I don't have General Steve I'm sure I'm gonna like that too. The engineering to create Steve is amazing and I applaud everyone who worked on his design.

Ha! I actually made little nametags for Steve and Jet Vehicon Gary, of course then reprolabels had to come out with the license plates, lol

lol I didnt even know they did that. It's nice they have different fan given names. Though I still gravitate to just calling him Steve. :D

Awesome photo! The Maiden Japan weapons do look nice. Thanks for sharing it and making the purchase!

    Thanks for the support.

Things are still a bit busy for me but hopefully I'll have some Botcon related reveals in the next coming weeks.

    Rr, rip and tear!

Who didn't get excited when we first saw pictures of Prime Beast Hunters Cyberverse Twinstrike aka Sinnertwin? (Who got even more excited in seeing the Abominus giftset? =) Looking at Twinstrike it's nice they sorta modeled his included club-like weapon to look like his G1 Flame Cannon but that meant he now needed his G1 Rocket Grenade Launcher.

In my original design I had incorporated a 3mm hole so the RGL could peg into the Club but since the weapon is Legion sized the hole made the weapon look horrible.

    Need a Lift?

    For Botcon 2013

A new crane/hook for the upcoming Botcon 2013 Machine Wars Hoist.

Yes, the hook is a tad oversized. IMO, looking at the original Machine Wars Hoist toy it has an oversized hook.

Spiffy! That'll be a great add-on for people that are getting that figure.

    Sorry it's not available yet.

I want to make sure there are no odd ball changes with the Botcon molds that would warrant me making changes to the add-on. This way folks that are buying them aren't screwed over by any change in the mold (which is what I saw with last years Metalhawk figure)

Just a nitpick but shouldn't the hook be facing the other way, so it could actually hook something?

One would think so but that's how the original toy has the hook. Though the hook for my upgrade set is removable so one can have it face whatever way they want =)

(btw the picture is from transformerland.com)
