I'm not really comfortable shedding light or making jokes about that situation.

It's one of those ones that's just plain fucked up. Fuck a coaching job: Paterno should be in jail, and every staff member at Penn State who covered it up should be charged too.

This isn't funny. Every one is upset including both supporters and critics. I've lived only 20 miles from Penn State all my life and Penn State football has been a big part of it. It's been a rough week.

Seriously. I don't live there, but I can only imagine the effect it'd have on a community.

It's a sick, sad, and unfortunate situation. That sincere lack of morality by everyone involved is beyond me.

Paterno nor his coaches(the one doing it not included here) covered it up.

They sent it up the chain. It went somewhere from there it seems as a DA was going to indict

The missing now "presumed dead" DA was going to press charges before he up and vanished.

Its interesting and lots of heads will roll assuming more dirt is found and it appears the hole is deep.

    I make jokes it's what I do.

Now we need a Paterno in clown make up with a "Why so serious?"

Side note, the grand jury testimony is out there in transcripts.

Not sure of the link, but heard it is out there on 670 the Score, so I'm pretty sure it's for real.

Crazy heavy stuff in there from what they were saying

Mark Madden reported that there are now going to be revelations that Paterno was not only involved but actually "pimped" kids out to donators:

Penn State Scandal: Jerry Sandusky Rumored To Have 'Pimped' Boys To Donors: REPORT

The cover up I was referring to is it being that it was supposedly covered up in exchange for his resignation.

So, wtf ever to all of that.Joke about what you want. Free world. But, don't expect many people to herp a derp with you at child molestation.

The thing that pisses me off is that they can't let Paterno coach just one more game. He was going to retire anyway and he deserves more respect than he's gotten recently. He basically built State College and made it famous. There wasn't anything really there until Paterno got here. He's also devoted over 40 years of his life to Penn State and for him to be treated so badly over one mistake is unjust. Remind me again why no one's making a fuss about Charlie Sheen getting another TV show after all that he's done. Your all saying that I would've done this or that if you were in his shoes, but you don't know what you'd do in his shoes. There's too many variables to consider.

Honestly, this seems like something best suited to be shat on by south park or Norm Macdonald... and then of course taken care of in ways that even Texas wouldn't approve of.

    Seems logical.

Did you read the rest of my post? He's done more good than bad. It's the board's fault for not doing anything. Plus, why didn't any of these boys' parents speak up?

I will go so far as to say the whole "pimping kids" out is probably BS.

I think that woulda been blown out already in a grand jury indictment and how many witnesses are they up to now?

    Questionable source as well.

On the flip side maybe it did happen, but I see that getting bit on in a second by any media member and put out on day one, so I'm doubting it.(legitimate news sources)

Course now we need JoePa done up like a "Pimp named Slickback"

    Totally.

For example, lets say that I rape younger members & pimp them out to BBTS for a fair price. Would you blame TFW2005 for not speaking up or blame their parents for not doing the same... instead of holding me, the rapist (I'm given this title in my example for a reason) accountable? Ooo, and then would you defend me under the grounds of being the uncrowned king of (yugioh) games?

This isn't so much directed at you, but more so at anyone legitimately trying to defend this bullshit.

I know what I would be doing.

It would involve setting up a scope for a clean shot about a 1/4 mile away.

    I would sleep well.

Sadly it's how the world works now "Little Jimmy is a serial killer because video games and music made him that way" or "They reported it, it went up the chain and OUR government dropped the ball on all of it for 6 years"

See? Now it's everyone else's fault. Put him in prison they will fix him up real good just like Dahmer

In all of this what I find weird, is no one just flat out beat the shit out of Sandusky????????????????? OR maybe there really is more dirt that's going to come out.

See I can think logically and make jokes about things.
